Working groups ensure decentralized realization of the activities expected to be carried out by the team..

  • Working groups receive USDC income from the Treasury.
  • 10% of total Treasury is reserved for Working groups.
  • It is evenly distributed and each of the Working Groups receives 2%.
Working groups are community-selected wallet or smart contract addresses!
  • There are 5 different Working groups in total to meet Yotta21's needs.
  • Working groups are required to publish reports on their activities every 6 months..
  • Working groups remain in administration for 6 months from the time they are selected.
Working groups cannot be changed by voting within 6 months to ensure continuity.

Community​

  • Managing meeting points for community participants. Discord-Twitter-Reddit-Forum-Telegram.

  • Respond to community participants requests and support their information needs.

  • Creating informative content for the community.

  • Organizing online and offline event plans.

Product​

  • Creating activities for the development of Yotta21 platform.

  • Provide assistance with technical information support requested by community contributors.

  • Checking the requests needs on Github-Stack and various technical platforms.

  • Identifying requirements and tracking results for activities such as Bug-bounty and Hackathon.

  • Taking actions that are technically necessary to represent Yotta21.

Operation​

  • Managing integrations with partners, platforms or communities where Yotta21 operates.

  • Establishing strategic plans and missions which aims to share these goals with all Yotta21's stakeholders.

  • Create activities for the execution of necessary financial transactions related to Otta token.

  • Providing alternative support to a certain threshold in snapshot and commonweatlh projects that started crowdfunding on Yotta21.

Growth​

  • Distributing information about Yotta21 using communication channels or social media channels.

  • Market analysis and reporting on Yotta21 in the blockchain world.

  • Developing strategies compatible with crowdfunding activities.

  • Joining in activities for Soulbound Token-based membership development.

  • Creating awareness for Yotta21 products and ensuring their dissemination.

Advisor​

  • Make the necessary deep research that may be useful for Yotta21 and transmit this information from working groups to the community.

  • Exploring DeFi structures that are likely to interact.

  • Conducting research that can contribute to regulatory activities.

  • Conduct and present the necessary research for the development of Decentralization and Management.

  • To ensure Yotta21 representation in social areas.
